1. Agreement

By accessing or using Rakontevr ("Platform") and BuilderHub, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Account and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access due to your failure to protect your credentials.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe others' intellectual property or privacy rights
• Use the service for fraud, abuse, or to distribute malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Resell or sublicense the service without authorization
• Use the service in a way that could harm, overload, or impair the platform

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms.

5. Billing and payment

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing displayed at signup or on the billing page. You authorize us (or our payment provider) to charge your payment method. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Platform, including software, design, and content. You retain rights in your own content and data. You grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your content as necessary to provide the service and improve it (in line with our Privacy Policy).

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (and our affiliates, officers, and employees) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the service or these terms. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time via Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases; we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.

10. Changes to terms

We may modify these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.

11. General

These terms are the entire agreement between you and Rakontevr. They are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right does not waive that right.
